And here are two cats, looking like they are best friends:
Of course, they are like this only because each is totally unaware of the other's presence. Maddie can't see out of the papasan to the floor, and Ivy hasn't bothered to look up. Oh well, I'll take peace however I find it.
We've got another nice shot of Maddie looking pensive as she watches the world go by.
Maddie may not look as sharp as she usually does. Her late night sleep has been disrupted. Ivy is still giving out with the very loud late night yowls, waking everybody up. As far as we can tell, there is nothing wrong with her. She just sits facing the back of the couch and goes to town. Did I mention that she is LOUD? I think her personal volume knob goes right up to eleven. If anyone has an explanation for this sort of behavior, please pass it on. It's on the list for the vet at Ivy's next check-up, but I'd like to have some ideas to eplore...
Maddie I just want to reach out and stroke you!
No idea about the yowling. Sould your house be built on an ancient Indidan burial ground? Maybe she is communing with the spirits......

Maddie and Ivy do look at peace. Beautiful. Not sure what would be the cause of Ivy and her howls, but once in a while we have one that does that too. Of course my issues are probably bladder related as the three of the four girl kitty cats wont use litter box unless forced.
Stopping in to say hi and see these beautful babies! Peace!

Most beautiful cat ever seen, no doubt. I'd like to use her pictures in my blog.

Maddie appears to be related to my Sam.
My Siamese Tim just yowls because he CAN. And that may be the explanation for Ivy as well. Or maybe she's just lonely!
My boys sleep with me, but during the night if Tim gets up for a snack or just a wander, he'll start to cry in the hallway because he can't remember where his Mom and brother are! I didn't say he was SMART!
