Y'know...Exactly one week ago it was snowing. Got 5-7 inches here in town. Out of school for two days. Today: 70 degrees already with a predicted high of 70. I think March needs medication. Of course, in the time between extremes, we get lovely juxtapositions like these (and thanks to LadyRanger for the pics). Look close, you'll see...
The cats have been coping with the vagaries of the weather. Saturday morning, they both hit the sunpuddles again. Different rooms, different cats, same sun. Wonderful how that all works out. Here's Ivy, on the blanket stack in the bedroom, thinking deep thoughts (probably about the fact that the humans are bandying about the phrase "Lion Trim" again)
<sigh>...You people...what a cat has to put up with....
And then there's Maddie, on the couch, enjoying a wash. At least, enjoying a wash until the camera shows up:
Oh for the love of...can't a lady have some privacy around here?!?
Sorry sweetie. won't happen again. Riiiight.
March is such a fickle month. More snow predicted mid week here, possibly quite a bit. Seems the days are more gloomy than sunny here, only occasional sun spots in the house. Maddie, what a gorgeous picture of you and your pretty eyes! Ivy, we hope it doesn't come down to another lion cut, honey. Those are so embarassing!
