It Never Rains...

...but it pours.  Not much of a post today.  All Rangers feeling a bit on the low side.  Lady and I are down with some low level funk, and Maddie...well, Maddie's got something going on.  Not sure exactly what's up, but she's got a bald spot on her left hip.  There's a scab there, too.  It looks like it could be a spider bite or some such, but there could be something else wrong and she's just licked herself a scab and a hairless spot.  She doesn't seem ill and we don't think she's gotten so neurotic that she's gone in for obsessive grooming.  We've got an appointment at the vet for Tuesday afternoon to see what's what.  Of course, at this point, another trip to a vet *might just* make her neurotic enough...  <sigh>  Further bulletins as events warrant.  

For now, you'll just have to be satsified with a vintage pic of the Maine Coon Ranger in happier, and furrier, times.

Maddie we saw the comment on the previous post that you are out of the Mewlag!!! YAY!
Mission accomplished.
Now what? Spider bite? Maybe the vet will consult over the phone and suggest something for it. We're sure another vet visit isn't high on Maddie's list of things to do today. Keep us posted!
